Pickups You will:
Be ready for pickups at least 15 minutes prior to your departure time.
Be visible to the bus driver and be on the right side of the road for your pickup location.
Times and Communications In using our service, you agree not to hold us liable for any costs or implications caused by variances to arrival and departure times which can arise due to and not limited by:
Weather conditions.
Previous late arrival of passengers.
Road works.
Road conditions.
Road closures.
Civil defence emergencies.
Please allow an extra 15 minutes for bus arrival if we must make a stop at the Christchurch International Airport. If we are running behind schedule, we will do our best to contact you; however, we take no responsibility if there is a system outage, you fail to provide us with a correct contact method or if you are in a cellular dead spot.
Transfer of Service We reserve the right to transfer your booking to an equivalent service when it's more economical to do so, provided that:
All passengers on the affected service can retain their pickup and drop-off location.
There is enough available seat on the alternative service.
We will contact any affected customers prior to the change to discuss any changes in pickup or drop-off times.
SuperGold Card If you have a SuperGold card, you are entitled to a $5 discount on the total fare. If you have selected a SuperGold seat, you must present your SuperGold card to the driver on the day. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service on the day, and you will forfeit any refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Luggage and Addons Your seat fare allows you for 1 (One) handbag size carry-on and 1 (One) piece of stowed luggage up to 20kg per seat. Before booking, you can request extra baggage and bikes for an extra fee. You can book up to 2 bikes per trip but must be accompanied by a seat ticket. 1 (One) bicycle requires 1 (One) seat. 2 (Two) bicycles require 2 (Two) seats etc. However, we may be able to cart more bicycles on request. Please call us at +64 027 201 8825 if you wish to discuss these options with us. It’s at our driver's discretion as to what constitutes extra or oversized baggage. You may be charged an extra fee if you turn up on the day with extra or oversized luggage.
Behaviour When using our service, the consideration of our drivers and other passengers is paramount. You will:
Talk in a quiet, friendly tone.
Be respectful to other passengers and the driver.
Consume no alcohol or drugs on our bus.
Not smoke or vape while on the bus.
Not act loudly or show any distracting behaviour.
Custom Departures If you require a location change to be dropped off different from your booking, let your driver know when you get on the bus. However, keep in mind:
If you would like to be let off before your booked stop, you will not be entitled to a partial refund.
If you would like to be dropped off at a later stop, we may have to decline due to other bookings using your seat.
If we can allow you to carry on, we may charge you for the extra distance.
You may request to be dropped off between stops; however, we generally cannot veer from the standard route. Let your driver know before departure.

Changes to Bookings Flexi Fare Should you need to make a change to a booking, you may use the link in your email to update any information or change locations or times by logging into the website using your booking reference and last name. Any changes to the value of your fare will be refunded or charged, respectively. You may edit your booking up until 12 hours before your time of departure. You may also contact us by phone to request a change.
Economy Fare Online booking changes are unavailable for this fare type.
Cancellations, Seat Transfers and Refunds Please note we are unable to make any changes after 5pm the day before departure. In the event you need to cancel your booking, please refer to our options below:
Flexi Fare You may cancel your booking anytime prior to 5pm, the day before departure. We will deduct a $10 administration fee from the total refund amount.
Economy Fare You may cancel any time but will not receive a refund for this fare type. You may transfer your seat to another person or date 1 (one) time per fare by calling us prior to 5pm the day before departure to request a transfer of seat or change of date. Any changes to economy fares will require an additional $10 Administration fee charge.
No Shows and Refusal of Service If you fail to show up on the day or are refused service on the day, you will forfeit any refund.

Booking and Administration Fee This booking fee helps to partially cover the transaction costs charged to per transaction by:
Our booking database provider.
Our payment gateway.
Administration costs.
We are required to charge a partially reduced fee to continue to be able to supply a service to the community. We have absorbed some of the costs to keep our prices as low as practical. Cancellation Fee This covers the cost of the payment gateway charge for refunds and administration charges. GST GST is a tax added to the price of most goods and services in New Zealand.
Failure to adhere to any of these conditions may result in refusal of service or removal from the bus and forfeit any right to a refund.
